This Elderberry syrup kit is packed with a variety of herbs and berries to support the immune system. It will also help to ease cold & flu symptoms. 

Elderberry Syrup Kit

  • Add 4 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Empty the entire pouch into boiling water. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Take off heat and strain liquid into a container. Add 1 cup of honey of your choice to liquid. Makes between 12-16 oz. Can be added to smoothies, teas, or can be taken as cough syrup.
